Owners Lorne and Shelley Glenn strive to operate a small family run business that is unique and comfortable. Their size and flexibility allows them to react quickly to market shortfalls and product availability.

Lorne is a Certified Chef de Cuisine with many years of restaurant experience. As Executive Chef Lorne opened Cannery Row in 1982, a popular restaurant in the 80’s and 90’s specializing in Seafood and New Orleans cuisine. He remained there for 18 years leaving in 2000 to take a position at Bert Church High School in Airdrie as Chef/Instructor.

Shelley has extensive accounting and administrative background from 25 years in the banking industry. Always up for a challenge Shelley can be found as a server, bus person, dishwasher or kitchen helper.
